Friedman Facilities’ in-house team of roving maintenance technicians provide maintenance and repair services to all types of commercial properties. 

Whether services are rendered on a routine or emergency basis, our objective is always to Preserve, Protect and Enhance the physical condition and appearance of the properties that we serve. And, we make it easy for our clients to reach us!  All requests for repair or maintenance services are filtered though our internal call center, where one of our trained customer service specialists will create a work order and dispatch the appropriate Friedman Facilities technician.  Work orders kept open and actively monitored until the service objective is completed and client satisfaction is confirmed.
