Friedman Facilities Service Company is a third-party service provider that offers maintenance and repair services via an in-house team of roving maintenance professionals as well as specialized project management services for many types of large capital projects.  The company utilizes a fully-staffed internal service center to process service requests and a state-of-the-art, cloud-based system known as Fyxt to create and track work orders and to maintain work order histories for its clients.

REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE

Friedman Facilities’ in-house team of roving maintenance technicians provide maintenance and repairs services to all types of commercial properties.  Whether services are rendered on a routine or emergency basis, our objective is always to Preserve, Protect and Enhance the physical condition and appearance of the properties that we serve.

And, we make it easy for our clients to reach us!  All requests for repair or maintenance services are filtered though our internal call center, where one of our trained customer service specialists will create a work order and dispatch the appropriate Friedman Facilities technician.  Work orders kept open and actively monitored until the service objective is completed and client satisfaction is confirmed.

SERVICE REQUEST PROCESS

Service requests can be made to our in-house team of customer service specialists on a 24/7 basis via telephone, email, or text.  Once received, each service request is converted into a work order within our state-of-the-art Fyxt work order system, and the work order is then assigned electronically to one of our roving maintenance technicians for service completion.  At Friedman Facilities, we strive to complete service and close out all work orders, where possible, within 48 hours from the time that the service request is first logged.  However, no work order is permitted to be closed out until follow-up is made and client satisfaction is confirmed.   And, a complete service history is always maintained.
